Where can I find our invoices or get a copy of an invoice?

All the invoices associated with your account can be viewed, printed and downloaded from the Billing section of the Account page on your dashboard. Note that is you are not the account owner access restrictions may apply.

What is an account owner? How can I change the account owner on my Anionu account?

The Anionu account owner is the administrator of an Anionu account. By default this is the person who registered the account, but the account owner may be changed at any time. The account owner is not subject to ordinary access permissions, and is the the only person who can up/downgrade plans, change credit card, billing information, and cancel accounts.

To change account owners, the current account owner needs to go to the Account page of their Dashboard, and click on the "Change account owner" button located on the sidebar.

Can I have multiple users under the one account?

Yes, you can multiple users on one account, up to the maximum amount specified by your account type.

Each user must have unique login credentials, and their actions are subject to the permissions set for them by the account owner and administrators.

How do we update or change our credit card?

he account owner is the only person who can change the credit card. To change it, go to the Account page of your Dashboard. Once on the Account page, click on the sidebar button that says "Change credit card".

How do we cancel?

The account owner is the only person who can cancel the account. To cancel, go to the Account page of your Dashboard. Once you are on the Account page, click on the sidebar button that says "Cancel account".

Note: There is no undo for cancellation. Once your account is canceled, all your files and information will be immediately and permanently deleted.

How do we upgrade or downgrade?

The account owner is the only person who can upgrade or downgrade the account. Changing your plan is easy. Go to the Account page of your Dashboard and click on the sidebar button that says "Change plan"

You can change to and from any plan at any time, providing you are not migrating from a paid to a free plan, and your current account usage doesn't exceed the limits of your new plan. If your current usage does exceed the limits of your desired plan, then you may have to delete some files / users.

Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately. The new monthly rate begins at the start of your next billing cycle.

Why can't I downgrade on the Account screen? I only see upgrade options, not downgrade options.

You can only downgrade to a lower plan if your current account usage is less than the limits of the plan you are migrating to. For example, if you have 7 account users you can't downgrade to the Personal plan which only allows for 5 account users.

In this scenario, if you wanted to downgrade to a plan below yours, you would need to delete some users from your account.

What is the refund policy?

Anionu offers a pay by the month with no contracts service, so we believe a refund policy is unnecessary.

Subscription payments are made at the beginning of the month, so if you decide to cancel mid way through you will still be paid up to the end of the month, and won't be charged again the next month.

You are responsible for whatever charges have been incurred. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.
